Day 1 (Saturday) - Mumbai

Board the Deccan Odyssey at Mumbai

Early this evening assemble at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at approximately 1530 hours to complete the registration process and check in formalities for your Indian Sojourn journey, as you receive a traditional Indian welcome and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink

After completion of all formalities, you will be shown to your delightful cabins. As you settle in, the Deccan Odyssey shall depart Mumbai for Vadodara

Overnight on Deccan Odyssey

Day 2 (Sunday) - Vishwamitri (Vadodara)

• Today you arrive at the capital of the Gaekwads, Vadodara, located along the seasonal river Vishwamitri
• Breakfast on board the Deccan Odyssey
• Post breakfast, you will disembark and proceed to visit Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site
• Return to Deccan Odyssey for lunch
• Post lunch, drive to the Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum, originally constructed as a school for the Maharaja's children
• Enjoy high tea at the resplendent Laxmi Vilas Palace, built in 1890, and the residence of the Royal family even today
• Return to the Deccan Odyssey for dinner as it pulls out for Udaipur. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on board; High tea at Laxmi Vilas Palace
• Dinner on board
• Overnight on Deccan Odyssey

Day 3 (Monday) - Udaipur

• Arrive at the princely city of Udaipur.
• 1000 Hrs: Visit the famous City Palace followed by a boat cruise at Lake Pichola. 1330 Hrs: Lunch at City Hotel.
• 1430 Hrs: Proceed on a walking tour through the Old City of Udaipur and explore the Old City’s lively, busy and old-fashioned colourful bazar which still retains local charm and feel.
• 1800 Hrs: Thereafter you return to the Deccan Odyssey
• 19:30 Dinner on-board

Day 4 (Tuesday) - Jodhpur

• 07:30 Enjoy countryside while having breakfast on-board
• 09:15 Relax on-board or you may choose optional activities
• 13:00 Lunch on-board
• 14:30 Proceed to visit the Mehrangarh Fort followed by a Tuk Tuk ride and a walking tour of the Old Clock Tower market.
• 17:30 Proceed for an exclusive cocktail dinner at Khaas Bagh, a heritage hotel
• 20:30 Return to the comforts of Deccan Odyssey

Day 5 (Wednesday) - Jaipur

• Arrive at the historic capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur, often called the Pink City/li>
• 0830 Hrs: Disembark from Station ( Welcome at the station)
• 0900 Hrs: Leave station for Amber Fort
• 1030 Hrs: Visit of Amber Fort
• 1300 Hrs: Lunch at City Hotel
• 1430 Hrs: Visit City Palace and drive past Hawa Mahal
• 1830 Hrs: Return to Deccan Odyssey<

Day 6 (Thursday) - Agra

• Today the Deccan Odyssey arrives at the Mughal citadel of Agra
• 0830 Hrs: Deboard Deccan Odyssey and drive to Agra from Tundla Railway Station
• 0930 Hrs: You will visit the Taj Mahal.
• 1300 Hrs: Lunch at City Hotel.
• 1400 Hrs: Proceed for Agra Fort another outstanding example of Mughal architecture
• 1630 Hrs: Visit Kalakriti to witness the art of Inlay Work which can be found in Mughal structures. The Technique is known as Pietra Dura which have beautified Taj Mahal
• 1900 Hrs: Return to the Deccan Odyssey for dinner.

Day 7 (Friday) - Sawai Madhopur

• 07:30 Enjoy countryside while having breakfast on-board
• 09:15 Relax on-board or you may choose optional activities
• 13:00 Lunch on-board
• 14:30 Proceed to visit the Mehrangarh Fort followed by a Tuk Tuk ride and a walking tour of the Old Clock Tower market.
• 17:30 Proceed for an exclusive cocktail dinner at Khaas Bagh, a heritage hotel
• 20:30 Return to the comforts of Deccan Odyssey

Day 8 (Saturday) - Delhi

Early this morning, after breakfast, you will disembark at the Delhi Safdarjung Station.

Bid farewell to the Deccan Odyssey as your royal passage through the grand vistas of India comes to an end.
